  • We ask that you kindly RSVP by Wednesday, August 26 so we can finalize all the details with our venue. Your timely response means the world to us as we prepare to celebrate together!

  • We kindly ask guests to dress in formal or cocktail attire - think suits, dresses, or something you’d wear to an elegant evening out.

    Ladies, a quick note on shoes: if the weather is nice, parts of the celebration will be outdoors on grass, pea gravel, and concrete, so if you choose to wear heels keep this in mind!

  • While Hotel Baker does not have its own dedicated parking or valet service, there are plenty of public parking options in downtown St. Charles just steps from the venue. To make it easy, here’s a map of event parking locations.

  • Seating for guests will begin at 3:40 PM. We kindly ask that everyone be seated by 4:00 PM as the ceremony will begin promptly at that time. We can’t wait to see your smiling faces as we say “I do.”

  • There will not be a shuttle service for the wedding. Since the venue is in the heart of downtown St. Charles, guests can take advantage of nearby public parking or rideshare services (Uber/Lyft).

  • The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, surrounded by the charm of Hotel Baker’s riverside setting. The reception will then continue indoors, where we’ll celebrate the night away. Ladies, a quick note on shoes - outdoor spaces include grass, pea gravel, and concrete, so choose your heels with care!

  • While we love your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only celebration so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
